  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup butter or ½ cup solid margarine, softened
  • 1 (16 ounce) packages powdered sugar, sifted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

  1. Mix the first 5 items and beat well.
  2. Take flour, soda, salt and mix them with cinnamon and add this mixture to creamed mixture and blend well.

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

Directions

  1. First of all, grease Bundt pan and use the granulated sugar as sprinkle all over the pan.
  2. Take cake mix, pudding mix and blend them with oil, water and eggs in bowl and beat on moderate temperature setting for 4 minutes.
  3. Blend in brown sugar. Blend in pecans.
  4. Take batter and pour this into bundt pan and bake for 60 minutes at 350º Fahrenheit.
  5. Then put bundt pan on wire rack and allow to cool for ¼ hour.
  6. After this, invert the cake on rack.
  7. Allow to cool.
